Raw milk is safe as long as it is handled safely,

Raw milk from cows, & goats can be extremely safe and very healthy for you. Why are government agencies always trying to shut down activities of their "peoples?" It doesn't seem to make any difference what the subject is, chickens in your yard in the city, in the country, "commercial gardens" in town raising things like snow pea pods or even lettuce. Let all Alaska residents drink raw milk if they want to, eat fresh eggs even raw, etc it is stupid all the restrictions that are put on people because of the area of Alaska they live in.

It's all about freedom of choice.

Educate yourself and be able to choose which ever is your preference. Processed milk does make people sick and does get recalled. You just don't hear about it since it doesn't make big news.

Normal flora is the difference

If you started drinking raw milk when you are very young your body can build up a normal flora that a person doesn't have if they have never had raw milk in their diet. What doesn't make one person sick can make another person become ill.

These advocates are trying to help the raw milk drinkers by stating that raw milk is safer. Safer for who? The majority of the population does not drink raw milk and I do not recall hearing anyone getting sick from store bought homogenized, pasturized milk.

H#LL NO!!! No one gets sick from store baught.

The myth that "natural" is always better ignores that proccessing is nessisary to make lots of things safe. Cyanide is natural. Rubarb is quite yummy, but the leaves are poisonouse. Even refridgeration in the summer is unnatural.
